Sore boobs for a few weeks before period starts
Indigestion
Restless legs
Exhausted
Cant handle being hot/ feel hot for no reason
Headaches
Joints hurt more
Feeling more tearful
Super heavy period then fairly light one. Last longer sometimes, sometimes longer between them.
Cant form a sentence some days

Just about to turn 45.

If this is peri, what would be a good supplement to take?

Similar age here. I was recommended to take a evening primrose capsule daily by someone I got chatting to at my library of all places as I was having some of the symptoms you described and they said this helped them. This was 18 months ago and I can say hand on heart I've not had another hot flush and have had no anxiety at all (even now with all this C-19 stress) and I can only put it down to taking this capsule every morning religiously. It's so cheap (Aldi 99p for 60 I think) so definitely worth a try.

OP, I could have written your post, I have exactly the same symptoms as you! I'm 49. I thought I was going mad as symptoms just subtle enough to not warrant a trip to the docs but they are all there. I think I'll take evening primrose too 😊

It's awful isn't it, it's not something I even knew about or heard people talk about. Think it feels worse right now as feelings are amplified so much.
Hope you start to feel better soon x

Yes, it's horrible. My moods are swinging like a 15 year old! But the restless legs and boob pain is getting me down. I also get palpitations at night and I only have one coffee at 7am so it's not because of caffeine. Hopefully these tablets work as pp has said. Good luck X
