Constant breast tenderness

I've always suffered with this and have occasionally struggled to exercise even when wearing a sports bra but over the past couple of months it's constant.

I sleep on my front and it hurts. Both breasts feel so tender. I'm 51, hysterectomy 3 years ago and I've been on HRT for just over 2 years.

Is this just something I've got to put up with or is my HRT to blame. I'm on Premarin 1.25mg

Anyone else suffer with this? It's worrying me a bit.

I think I'd try changing the type of HRT.

As you are on estrogen-only there are lots of options and many drs would have you off pills anyway (higher clotting risk) and onto a body-identical type as a patch or gel.

I need to contact my GP. This week I've been taking it every other day and the difference has been amazing. Six days later and the tenderness has practically gone.

I think I'm on the wrong one.
