Taking temperature to get in places COVID -19

Anyone else slightly concerned about the move to take temperatures before letting you into shops, airports etc? Are there any allowances for women having a hot flush? My daughter is keen to go to Primark when it opens. Don't fancy queuing for several hours and then not being let in as I'm having a hot flush?!?

A hot flush ought to last for a few minutes at most so you could explain that. I'm also not sure if a hot flush actually changes the basal body temperature.
