Wondering if anyone has any advice?
I've been taking Femoston 1/10 for the last 5 months. It has, quite frankly, been life changing. But... when I start the little grey pills my symptoms return with a vengeance. Mainly joint pain and a digestive system that stalls to a halt and turns me into a bloated beached whale. Night sweats and 3am waking also occur in the days before I get my period. It's not as bad as before, but significant enough to hinder my day.
Mentally all is well, however the physical symptoms are making me question - do I need to either up the dose to 2/10 or try a different progesterone?
