What kind of test? Blood or urine? Why did you order it? What symptoms did you have that made you order it & why did you order it rather than speaking to the practice nurse or GP? -just curious
Could you google reviews of your particular test?
Regardless of reviews it would still be worth a GP discussion, especially if you are suffering any symptoms and wish to discuss if a prescription of HRT woukd help.

No, sorry they are completely unreliable. Even NICE says no blood tests for women over 45 as they are unreliable.

Why do you want to know?

If you have symptoms, like irregular periods and are over 45, then it's likely it's peri menopause.
If your periods have stopped and you are over 45 then it's post menopause.

If you are under 45 with no periods then you ought to see your GP when it's possible to discuss HRT which is the advised treatment for younger women - even without symptoms- as it leads to serious health issues long term,.
