What is the difference between Estriol and Estradiol!

Hello,

What type of oestrogen should the body identical patch have? I just realised mine is Estradiol. Is that safe? One doctor said Estradiol is the bad one that causes cancer and you don t want that whereas Estriol is the good one. I am really confused now.

Help need some advice my daughter is going through the menopause she, has a, rare, genetic disorder deletion chromosome 3 involves fox l2 gene which can lead to early menopause after her being put on the pill for 4 years for heavy bleeding and her moods were getting worse anxiety levels off the roof. I asked the docs to do bloods to see if she could possibly be going through the menopause. I was right bloods came back perimenopause so put on kliofem. Her moods are still very concerning. We just don't know what to do has anyone else experienced mood swings being on kliofem. I must add that my daughter has a learning disability due to her chromosome abnormality and does not understand why she is feeling like she is. It breaks my heart to see, her like this that I am thinking of taking her off hrt. I would love to hear from anyone who has had any experience with anxiety and mood swings on kliofem. Many thanks C xx
