Help! I'm peri and have re-started the evorel 50 patches a few weeks ago after them being out of stock. My periods are all over the place which doesn't help as I had the copper coil removed 2 weeks ago.
I had a period which ended the day before my coil was removed then had another period 10 days later which is now tailing off. I'm due a new patch on today but not sure which one to use as I'm assuming it's now the end of my cycle?
I'm now confused which patch to take, do I start now on the estrogen on continue with conti? I want to try and get my cycle going where I'm on a period once a month but worried I've messed this up x
