Hi I am 45 and am looking for some advice regarding newly prescribed Elleste Duet 2mg tablets. I have visited lots of Doctors that have completely dismissed the possibility of menopause although I ticked vast majority of symptom. Last month I found an amazing Dr who listened and confirmed that as I have Osteopenia I should be taking HRT. She booked me in for a blood test and repeat app with her but as expected the blood test was cancelled. I received a call from another doc yesterday and it was like starting ball over again. Anyway by the end of the call she had prescribed Elleste Duet 2mg tablets. She was very undecided if I should take straight after stopping the mini pill Celeste or to leave it a month before starting, we never really got to the bottom of this. Anyway after doing a bit of research online it seems people are really struggling with Elleste Duet anyway short story is I am petrified of taking them. The first Doc did suggest trying HRT for 3 months then consider to have the coil which I tried before and hated it but willing to try again. Wondered if there were any positive stories out there feel very alone in all of this and wonder doubting if I am just imagined all my symptoms for the past 4 years Thanks
