Anyone else having increased flushes and worried about Coronavirus

My flushes have gone back to multiple, probably 20-40 per day. I’m three years in . Not long ago they were down to about 3-4/d. It’s hard not to get anxious that this could be coronavirus. Today DH says I feel hot ( not in a good way). Anyone else getting menopause and anticipatory corona anxiety mixed up?

Yes, but it's also quite warm at the moment and the sun is getting stronger every day, so I am thinking that is a factor.

I also have temperature spikes which are worrying, but then they pass and I have to remind myself that it is just hormones! Also tree pollen very high and causing scratchy throats and muzzy heads...

Thanks jackdaw. I’ve always suspected flushes can be triggered by emotion. This is a tense time. Hadn’t considered the pollen but I do have hay fever so perhaps that is contributing. I hope your temperature settles.

Yes me too. Shivers and goose pimples too but has been going on for several weeks and I don’t appear to be ill. Had this about a year ago then stopped and now back. Really not sleeping well either (hot flushes more noticeable at night?) but also probably subconsciously very anxious about life in general. Not a happy combination...
