Nausea and feeling unwell

I have had every test that shows normal - but since starting hot flashes (not fun) a few months ago and turning 50 this year, it's all been down hill. Does anyone else just feel generally unwell? I've had leg and feet issues and some of the other things women have mentioned but it's the nausea and unwell feeling daily so I'm wondering if it's just perimenopause. I've had a partial hysterectomy so I don't have any periods and will never know when they stop. Doctors find nothing, but how does nothing make you feel so crappy? I take vitamins, eat healthy and try to exercise when I can. Insomnia is slowly kicking in where I wake up several times a night or toss and and turn. What a fun thing to go through, I'm glad I found this site to hear others stories!

Sounds like you need to consider HRT.

Ovaries usually pack up 2 years after a hsyterectomy so sounds like all your symptoms are linked.

Have a good read of the website of Dr Louise Newson (My Menopause Dr.)

I had this for some time. I used to go to bed with a bowl in case I was sick. Fit and healthy like you.
I also had a hysterectomy years ago so have no idea of my cycle.
