For about a week now, I am overheating at night but no sweating. It is a dry heat. Also happens during the day occasionally. Regular periods. Can this happen in perimenopause?

I have the dry heat, kind of like the one you get if you have been lying in the sun. Never had the dripping sweats myself. Other things can cause this though, so I would get checked out.

Yes. You don't have to have sweating - hot flushes can be just that as can feeling hot at night.

Might be time to consider hrt if you can't sleep and it gets worse.
