Since being diagnosed with early menopause I've tried a number of HRT options with the latest being the Estradot patch. It works wonderfully for the first 48hrs or so but then I have a return of symptoms before I'm due for the twice weekly change of patch (which is every 84hrs I suppose). Does anyone else notice this and if so, do you/can you change your patch more frequently?
