Anyone else suffer from this, I can just be sat there and I’ll get a instant feeling like a flick on my leg and I have to itch/touch it
It drives me mad, it’s normally late afternoon or evening.
I’ve tried all different type of dry skin cream
Itching cream, antihistamines
Occasionally I can also get it on my arms

Could it be restless legs. I'm 52 and had it for about 4/5 years. Without medication I'm doing Riverdance. However at certain times of the month it ramps up at night even when I take medication. I feel like I've run a marathon then.

My legs itch and twitch. Some people say it's like itching and things crawling under the skin. The movement is to try to alleviate the feelings.

I get the itching all the time, cuddle my DH - itching, cross my ankles - itching, touch my arm -itching. It drives me mad. Sometimes when it gets bad I use anti-histamines, but generally just put up with it.

Get your blood sugar checked.
I had this and restless legs, the blood test revealed I was prediabetic. I got my blood sugar back to normal and the itching and results legs went completely.

Have you had your iron levels tested? Iron deficiency can cause itching and if my peri-menopause was anything to go by iron deficiency wouldn't be that surprising

Thanks for all the messages ladies, will ask for full bloods to be done

Flowers/satuma
That’s exactly what I’m like
Being hot makes it worse
