Hello. I m on sequiental Hrt. I m 37 and diagnoised with POF and we want to have a baby. My question is that, can my hormone theraphy give me ovulation and can l take Vitex on top of my hrt as many women swear by it. Considering women with regular periods take it, l guess l can also but not sure? Thank you.
