Glad it's not just me!
Feel like I'm going to break my teeth some night while I'm sleeping Grin

TheMarbleFaun · 02/03/2020 23:08

I am on HRT though

TreesSandSea · 02/03/2020 23:10

Me too.

But I also cannot stop chewing on the inside of my mouth and lips. It’s so sore!

PineappleDanish · 03/03/2020 07:15

Me too! What's that all about? I've never clenched my jaw in my life before and it's painful!

Coupled with the anxiety.... urgh. Just want menopause to disappear.

crabb · 03/03/2020 07:54

I’m post-meno and it’s started for me recently. Could be anxiety in my case. And yes to the chewed cheeks and tongue!

NYnachos · 03/03/2020 21:39

I had this a lot when on sertraline - it stopped soon after I stopped taking them

Freshnewus · 03/03/2020 21:42

I am not sure if jaw clenching is linked to the menopause.
However you can have Botox to relax the massater muscle, which can prevent you from clenching so much. It's helped my headaches.
