Femoston 1/10 and nausea

I’m 44 and have just started the above HRT. I’m nearly finished the 2nd month of pills. I had no withdrawal bleed after the 1st month (not sure if that’s normal?)
My main concern is this horrible sick feeling I have pretty much all the time.
It is so awful because I feel hungry at the same time but feel too sick to eat!
I also feel like I’m about to have a period (low stomach cramps, bloating etc) but no bleed.
Is this normal?.... I feel worse now than I did before I started. The only thing it’s really helped with are the hot flushes and vaginal dryness.
I remember feeling this way years ago when I tried the combined pill and I just couldn’t tolerate it (and I tried many different types)
Should I persevere?

Can you visit your gp for any advice.
I’m sorry I can’t help.
I’m on a different HRT but I do get horrid nausea when I have a bleed now.

I am 43 and on Femoston 2/10. I think that you need higher dose of estrogen and maybe to give more time to your body to adjust. It is normal not to have a bleed, I have a very light bleed some months.

Just thought I’d update.

When I was prescribed the HRT I was also given vitamin D and folic acid. I decided to stop taking all the medications as I was feeling so sick I couldn’t face swallowing any tablets.

After 2 days I felt much better so decided to continue with the vitamin D and folic acid while I was waiting for my GP appointment.
So after taking the supplements in the morning, that evening I felt terrible again (nauseous, bloated etc.). I knew it couldn’t be the vitamin D as I took that before for a long time so concluded it must be the folic acid.

I googled side effects of folic acid and found quite a few people suffered from nausea.
So I’ve resumed the HRT and stopped the folic acid and everything has been ok.

I am on my 3rd week now of Femoston. The past few days I have had terrible nausea and dizziness. I’m going to stop taking it, can’t handle feeling like this. I’m lucky to be off work at the moment as I would struggle to work feeling like this
