No withdrawal bleed on utrogestan- is this normal/ok?

I finished my second set of utro a few days ago. I have been taking 2 tablets ( mostly) vaginally each time for 11-12 days depending on how bad the side effects are.

Each time I have had no withdrawal bleed. Today it felt as if it might arrive but there has only been a small smear of blood. Now it has stopped.
I have had very occasional spotting/ period like symptoms whilst just using the gel. But no actual bleeding.
I use 2 pumps of gel everyday.
I feel that it is only now after 3 months that the gel is beginning to work properly. Night sweats have finally stopped. Anxiety much reduced and hardly any hair loss any more.
Before starting this regime in late December my periods had been monthly but the December one didn't arrive 'till Jan and since then nothing. I'm 52.

I've never had a bleed before using the gel I had a mirena coil so no periods then and it's going to stay in for another year.

But I'm 3 months in too and just thought the other day how well I was feeling and how my hair loss had reduced.

So I'm absolutely no help at all really

I am so relived about the hair loss as I read HRT could make it worse. I was always convinced that it was the slow drop in hormone levels ( for me) that was causing the problem.

I would ask my GP but they know bugger all and care even less.

It sounds as if you have no lining to come away. If there was, it would. Vaginal use of Utrogestan is supposed to increase the absorption (compared with oral) so I think it's being very effective in your case and the lining is thin.

I take Estradiol 1.0mg daily plus 2 x Utrogestan progesterone on days 15-26. For the first 3/4 months I had a light monthly bleed whilst on the progesterone. I'm about 8 months in now and only bleed really slightly every other month. I'm guessing that there is nothing to come away.
