I've been peri for 4 years and never had an issue with blood pressure. Of late it's gone up and I have been told to healthy up my lifestyle! Has this happened to anyone else? Interested to hear others experiences please?

What do you mean by normal? No, it's not normal not have high BP in peri meno.

High BP is a sign usually of lifestyle and getting older (not always) not being in peri menopause.

If your dr has said you might benefit from doing more exercise, losing weight, stopping smoking, eating more fibre, reducing stress, less booze, that's the right advice for everyone.
