And so now I have another symptom which started a few days ago. Smelling things that arent actually there. It started with flowers, moved onto perfume, general weird smells and then weed which I cant stand the smell of and right now I can smell cakes and nobody has been baking. It is apparently called Phantosmia. Has anyone else experienced this?

No- but my sense of smell seems to be heightened.

I get this with any hormonal fluctuations, periods, hormonal migraines, breastfeeding, pregnancy, postnatally. I dread to think how I'll be during menopause, but yes it is hormonal related.

My smells are burning, petrol, iron/metal (like blood) and marijuana smoke (where there definitely isn't any). Nobody else can smell it. The first time I got the burning one I thought the house had a secret fire somewhere and couldn't sleep all night. Then the smell just went away.
