Hi, have been taking Novofem for a few months and have been very confused this month! I don't ever remember opening the packet/dial and starting with the red tablets! I always thought I started with the white - anyway - so I completely opened the packet and to date have had four of the white tablets (over the past 4 days not all at once!) - when I now think I should have been on the red ones - I don't know what to do? Should I keep with the white, start on the red? Does anyone have any suggestions? tia xxx
