exhaustion and aching

have any of you found HRT helps with extreme fatigue and aching all over - I have no 'typical' hot flushes, mood changes etc . would love to hear your personal experience. have checked for other causes of exhaustion but blood tests are all ok . thanks

I never had what you describe but have heard of other women benefiting from HRT for what you have. Basically we have estrogen receptors all over our body in every organ which affects muscles too. You can always try hrt for a few months and see if it helps.
