Since being hit with the menopause my skin has gone into meltdown.
I have rosacea Seborrhoeic Dermatitis and my skin is splitting my lips are shedding.
I can use any soaps on my face. I’m using Nivea cleansing lotion then rinsing followed by Cerave Moisturising lotion.
But I’m not sure if Cerave is hydrating enough.
Any suggestions? It must be fragrance free .

Have you tried natural oil as well as your moisturiser, something like organic cold pressed rosehip oil is really hydrating with no harsh chemicals or additives. I warm a couple of drops in my hand and pat it on to my face before bed it's made a huge difference to my dry skin.

I’ve bought some rosehip oil but only tried it on hands at the moment
