So based upon my sleep going to shit and my anxiety ramping right up plus a few other things, I think peri is here (am 45)
Dr has given me a test of the mini pill. I am slightly wary because I can't find much to say this is effective for this kind of use (don't need contraception). I also used to be on the depo injection in my 20s and didn't react super well to it.
Has anyone used it for similar. Main issue is the anxiety and levelling my moods
