I've had a banging headache since 6am this morning. Not a migraine (I think) just a headache. But been getting these with increasing frequency - usually when I've slept badly due to night sweats.
Paracetamol etc is not touching it and I can't take cocodomol because it knocks me out. Can anyone recommend a good painkiller?
