HRT and withdrawal bleed.

I'm going on holiday and the way my femostan sequential HRT meds fall means I will be on a withdrawal bleed during the holiday.
Has anyone ever continued either the estrogen or progestogen tablets for an extra week (or two?) to delay the withdrawal bleed?

If so which way round would be the best way Estrogen or Progestogen?

carry on with the estrogen and miss the progestogen.

How did you find the bleed after that?

I use my HRT that way all the time but it's under supervision from a private consultant so if there is anything odd going on I can access a scan quickly. I find it okay but you might get a heavier bleed.
