Maximum dose evorel, symptoms returned

So I'm on 100 evorel sequi and have been great for about a year. However my symptoms have returned; migraines, flushes, sweats, insomnia, joint pain etc

Anyone had this happen or have any idea what I should do? I can't really up my dose any further. Can I?

Can I please ask did you start on 50 then go to 100 or did you go half patch s between increasing?.Sorry you are struggling.

Daily exercise?
Sensible weight/ BMI?
Fewer refined carbs- sugar etc.
Little or no booze
Reduced/ no caffeine
Stress reduction - yoga, mindfulness, meditation

HRT is brill but it's not always the whole answer.

I started on 25 3 years ago. Then went up in 25 increments til I got to 100 about 18 months ago

Daily exercise? Yes, I'm pretty fit.

Sensible weight/ BMI? Yes, slender.

Fewer refined carbs- sugar etc.

Have about 2-3 units a week.

Reduced/ no caffeine
2 coffees daily

Stress reduction - yoga, mindfulness, meditation- yep, my exercise is relaxing.

These are physiological symptoms. Flushes/joint pain etc.
