Side effects of Kliovance

My GP, switched me to Kliovance from Femoston due to the shortages, but I am suffering terrible side effects including abdominal pain, tiredness, nausea, bleeding and so on. Is this normal?

I am desperate to go back on Femoston as soon as it is available. Does anyone know whether there is still a shortage in the UK?

I was on Kliovance for about a year but I didn't get any of these side effects apart from the tiredness, but that's because I never bloody sleep! Don't know if there is a shortage, sorry. Ask your pharmacist?
