Ok I give up! Having tried various other combinations because the sequi conti/50 patches are out of stock I'm now prepared to pay through the nose for them.. itching else has come close to working!! The night sweats are constant and now turning into day sweats to.. my
Moods are awful and I just have zero motivation! Getting a doctors appointment to discuss yet another alternative seems like a complete waste of time! The patches worked... I'll pay! 🥴

There is The Independent Pharmacy which will dispense a prescription for you . I don't have the exact website for you but there is info on this on Dr Louise Newson's website.

However, having a private prescription or using an online pharmacy doesn't guarantee they will have everything in stock.

I've always paid for my HRT on a private prescription as I see a private consultant. The cost is little more than an NHS prescription for what I use.

The independent pharmacy have sequi and conti in stock and have a discount if you buy 3 months worth (if you google you can usually find voucher codes too). I know it's a bit shit having to pay through the nose but needs must! I've found them to be really good as they dispatch same day Royal Mail 1st class . Good luck but don't hang about as the go out of stock really fast.

Found them and paid the £81 plus postage.. shocking to have to do this but I see no other way. 😕

To be fair, at least they've rerouted supplies so you can have the same medication...

I guess your right there.. I'd love to get to the bottom of this saga really I would! I have seen some press about it but it's a far bigger problem than publicised.

Updates here also, and reasons to be hopeful ...

There was a long interview with a journalist (emma hardy?) on Woman's Hour about this. You can listen again on BBC iPlayer. She dug into the reasons behind it. Basically it was an error seemingly and putting HRT onto a 'red 'list (along with loads of other drugs) as ones they would not agree to pay more for- something like this- and was an oversight.
