I am wondering if there is anything anyone has taken for the dreaded nights? I am managing my symptoms with menopace plus. I am v active so don’t need to step up with exercise or cut out caffeine etc etc. I don’t want to go down the route of the GP route

In my experience only hrt did me any good at all.

I was like you, didn’t want to go medical, but wished I’d got over myself sooner.

I take bioidentical hrt prescribed by my gp and have never felt better.

Am a bit embarrassed about how much I have changed my mind about it now!! I feel fantastic. Hth

HRT is the only thing that really works. It's life changing, honestly. Why won't you go to the gp? It's silly to suffer like this when you don't have to.

HRT, I tried everything the insomnia, anxiety and palpitations were crippling. HRT has been amazing I feel great and sleep a solid 7 to 8 hours a night. You can try all of the over the counter stuff you like but nothing is going to replace your declining oestrogen.

The progesterone element of my HRT is brilliant for insomnia. It’s utragestan.
