I’ve been reading about the health benefits of ground flaxseed and being a good source of estrogen , does anyone add it to their cooking ?

I've been eating flaxseeds for months and it does wonders for digestion and bloated symptoms.
I grind the seeds and keep them in a kilner in the fridge.
I have a tablespoon a day in some kefir, also great for digestive system.
Flaxseeds are packed with Omegas, which helps improving mood as well.
I buy the Hodmedods, produced in the UK from my local health shop, also can be bought online.

You would have to eat tonnes to get anywhere near the amount in HRT which is actually made from yams. So you may as well use HRT if you want plant based formones.
