Does everyone on this bleed every month?
This is the second time it just hasn’t come.
I’d like it if they went completely, but it feels like my period is due for the whole month

Hi @amaryl

I’m on the same hrt. This is my first month. I have only had a 3 day bleed and like you I’m asking Is this normal? It started on the 26th day of the cycle. I’m hoping it is and will stay like this forever more until I’m properly post menopausal. How long have you been on Evorel?

When I first started on these patches I did have a regular bleed but it stopped maybe three months in.. much to my delight! 😉 I was told by the gp not to worry.. hope that helps

Well I hope this is me also @dottydolly72. I think its because I've heard so many horror stories about bleeds that last for weeks and happen every few days, and because I seem to have had every single awful symptom of the perimenopause so far that I fully expected the worse. Hopefully not so!

dottydolly72 · 19/12/2019 11:17

Yeah I was the same.. convinced I'd bleed 24/7 but not to be. Like you my symptoms have been bloody awful. Hair loss, moods, brain fog, hot flushes night and day.. it's been totally crap. Now the shortages of patches in forced to buy the only thing that works at a high price privately because the government and nhs and this brexit mess dictates! You couldn't make this sh*t up..!
