Help please! Patches and tablets

Been prescribed patches and tablets that I have to take for just 2 weeks of the month to bring on a bleed.

Does anyone else do this? How do you keep track of the days and remember to take the tablets?! Any tips would be gratefully received.

Set a reminder on your phone.

I don't think I can chose dates that far away on my phone? I'm just struggling to get my head round starting to take tablets so many days from the start for 2 weeks, then stop and repeat and also changing patches twice a week - I could do phone for that one.

What do others do?

Most people start the progestogen tablets on the same day each calendar month , for example 1st of each month or the 15th. It's not critical as long as you use 12 days of tablets roughly every 4 weeks. You will have a withdrawal bleed around 3 days after the last tablet.

Just use a phone or a calendar or a diary and put in the date when you started the tablets, then count 4 weeks ahead for the next date.

Oh that helps so much. Thank you. It's a bit daunting day one starting all this alone.
