The last year I was peeing every hour.I just put it down to getting older. Then I realized it was linked to meno so when I did see the gp a.few months to I mentioned urgency and a feeling I might leak.
The second HrT seemed to help enormously for a while. However this week I've felt a a bit damp. This is making me feel self conscious in general and particularly as I work with men and the loo is a walk away.

Any advice welcome.

what do you mean by 'the second HrT'?

Are you using Hrt, which type, dose and so on....?

HRT doesn't usually stop incontinence on its own.
You need to do pelvic floor exercises for that (as well.)

Have you got stress incontinence- leakage- when you laugh or cough? Can you feel yourself leaking?

I think you ought to go back to your dr.

There are different types of incontinence- urge incontinence which includes over active bladder and stress incontinence. If you are leaking it's likely to be a mix of both. Have you tried doing your pelvic floor exercises ( 10, 3 times a day)? That's the first step but you need an assessment of your pelvic floor with a women's physio first to really see what's going on. You might find using vaginal estrogen helps the leakage, but you really need to improve your pelvic muscles and also find out if it's over active bladder you have (which is treated with drugs) or weak pelvic floor.
