Is it just me?

I had a hysterectomy 5 months ago and it looks like I'm starting the menopause. I'm rather embarrassed as in the last few weeks I really smell of wee down below. I shower twice a day and wear panty pads but I still feel I smell of stale wee. Is it just me being paranoid?

Pixiedust i think using panty pads might be the cause, i started wearing them and noticed the same, i stopped and the smell stopped
