Our of stock everywhere. Does anyone know of an alternative ? No one seems to have any tranexamic acid.

Have you tried ordering on line? Are they good? I've noticed (I think) that I have started to get bad headaches linked to heavy blood loss at the start of my period

I get them prescribed. Get more tablets for your money that way as well. Saves me any embarrassing leaks when I’m at work and can’t get to a loo regularly. (Work in a school)

If you’ve been getting heavy blood loss and headaches get checked for anaemia.

I just can't believe I've never heard of these! They would have saved me so many embarrassing moments growing up in school.
