Day 50!!

First missed period!

Cycles shortened and period length down as well and now on cycle day 50 with no end in sight.

Pre menstrual symptoms are here one day and gone the next; had to stand in the cold garden yesterday as 🥵

What happens now? I'll be on again surely?

(Came off the pill in March - was on it for over 20years so only 'real' periods since then).

Well I’ve gone 95 days and then back to a few months of 23 day cycles and then back up to 60 for the past 2 years. Who knows? It’s totally crazy!!

@Whataboutthattthen wow! How do you cope with the unpredictability of it all? I've spent so many years being able to manipulate period timing with the pill - this is messing with my head 😂

It’s actually very predictable, if I have a weekend away or a holiday it’s sure to arrive
