Anyone suffering from lower back ache since peri/meno starting?

I have had a achey lower back for 3 months

No too debilitating but enough to necessitate taking analgesia .

Seems to improve with walking .

Yes really bad, eases off with exercise but then worse the next day. Have had tests can’t find anything.

Thanks Purple thats the bit that is confusing me

Can walk for miles and it feels ok -then by the evening it's really achey.

Apparently oestrogen plumps everything including joints so probably that? Anyone else have any info?
