Have been on oestrogen gel HRT for last three months with no side effects, however I've just realised I'm producing breast milk, it's not discharge it's exactly like when you're pregnant and start producing milk
I'm 49, have PCOS and mirena coil so very unlikely to be pregnant
Is this a side effect, I can't find anything online other than relating to trans issues and am in a bit of a panic
