Do HRT patches release all at once or is it time delayed?

How does it all work?

Does cutting them up work?

You absorb a steady dose over time which lass for either 3-4 or 7 days depending on the type of patch. If you cut the patch then it releases the hormone for the same amount of time at a lesser dose.

Yes that makes sense - a whole patch makes me a bit disconnected and almost woozy where and half a patch is better

I may drop to 1/4 patch daily rather than a patch every 3 or 4 days(which is the guideline and it's pants! day 4 is always crap for symptoms)
