Have you been to a menopause event? What was it like?

I’m considering going to a menopause fair that’s in Manchester. The thing is - I’ve gone through an early menopause and wondering if it will all be aimed at people older than me (I’m 42). Looking at the website it looks quite good - has anyone been before? it’s this one

I would have thought the event would be aimed at anyone going through the menopause, regardless of age.

I haven't heard of this event, but it looks interesting. I'll be on holiday them so can't go - but I'd go if you're interested!
