HRT?

Hello all - am pondering on the likelihood of being prescribed HRT.

I'm 50, periods becoming lighter and further apart (last one was light and 2 months ago). Am taking vagifem which has helped with UTIs.

My main problem is joint aches - currently have an aching left knee (has been investigated), right hip, neck, lower back and wrist pains. Am taking calcium and vitamin D and K tablets and glucosamine.
I would say I have increased anxiety which seems worse than it was previously and brain fog - feel like i have to write notes for myself all the time or I immediately forget what I'm doing .

Haven't had hot flushes with floods of sweat as such, just spells of feeling warm around the head / neck area. My sleep is reasonably ok, though sometimes wake with a thudding heart.

Anyone with any experience? TIA
