32 and feeling very strange - could it be?

Hi! I'm hoping someone can help / share experiences with me. I'm worried that I could possibly be going through peri-menopause or early menopause.

I am 32, and I have a 20 month old son. Ever since I gave birth my hormones have felt out of whack, dying libido (put that down to having a baby also), irregular periods, mood swings and feeling very delicate and emotional. At first my periods were barely anything, no pain and very light blood but then they went the other way and got very heavy and painful. I also suffer from severe ovulation pain every month to the point that I had to come home from work one time.

I went to see my GP back in Jan and had full blood tests done, all normal. Since then I'd say my period has gotten more erratic and unpredictable, sometimes its days late or stops midway then starts again.

Now for the past week or so I have been getting hot flushes here and there, but I assumed I was coming down with something. I have checked and according to my app I should have ovulated yesterday but I felt nothing. For the past two days I have been feeling overwhelmingly hot in bursts of 20mins or so. I also feel very lethargic. Its almost like I have a fever except my temperature is normal.

The only thing I can compare it with is how I felt in the hospital straight after giving birth, overwhelmingly hot and clammy with itchy skin.

Sorry for the long rambling post. I have made an appointment to go back to my GP, but in the meantime I guess I'm looking for reassurance / information anywhere I can.
