Zoely and nausea

Hi. I'm on day 7 of Zoely combined pill for peri menopause as prescribed by my GP. I'm 48 and have been having a rotten time of late with insomnia, sweating, migraine and dryness inside and out. Periods every 3 weeks preceded by awful PMS. I'm hoping this will be a magic bullet but the nausea since starting meds has been constant. Similar to early pregnancy. Can anyone reassure me that this will pass? And when can I expect to feel better? Thanks Smile

This is slightly different scenario, but my daughter has PCOS and symptoms are very like menopause. Horrendous bleeding, extreme PMS/PMDD and a hormonal cycle that was a complete erratic mess. She was put on Zoely and first pack was awful, she bled for the entire pack. However, 4 packs in and it has been transformative for her bleeding and PMS. Can I ask how you have found it, as she seems to be losing her hair at the moment (listed side effect) and acne appearing. Its such a new pill, its hard to get feedback on it.
