This weeks symptom...

Ok so last week I was having almost nightly leg cramps

The bananas have sorted that one out

Now I am having strange burning sensation over my abdomen initially I thought clothes had been rubbing but there is nothing to see.

It is a weird burning sensation think I had similar years ago when my c section scar was healing.

Anyone experienced similar during the menopause?
A friend told me she has crawling insect sensations on her legs....

Anyone any experience ?

Hello, sorry can't help but can sympathise. I wake up every night at 3,40am in a sweaty mess. Windows open ... minimal clothing. What can I do! Plus have started getting teary which is most unlike me ....

I asked a colleague to smell me last week! Was convinced my foof smelt of metal, really strongly. What the heck is that about??

I’m at the docs tomorrow, going to plead my case for HRT, via patches. Can’t go on with the flushes and not sleeping.

I’ve been put on oestrogel gel and utragestan and I think some of these strange symptoms are easing. Not quite so hot at night and falling asleep a little more easily. I chose gel because you can vary the dose but it takes a bit more planning as you have to let it dry before you cover with clothes.

Another migraine this week .
Backache and despite going to bed every night at 9pm still exhausted!
