Whoops: forgotten tablets: utrogestan - any advice??

I know the answer here is ask my pharmacist/doc, but I may not manage that today so checking on here as google isn't proving helpful. I'm in the early months of HRT, and taking ustrogestan on days 15-30 of my cycle: except I've just realised that I didn't schedule this month into the diary and should have started last Thursday . I'll start taking tonight, but should I carry on with the full 15 or stop as when I get to day 30?? HAs anyone else been stupid and already knows the answer to this one?!?

I don't use this so no idea, but have a look on menopause matters forum, they are very good at answering questions on there and very knowledgeable
