I have had horrible periods all my life. I have some endometriosis. I have horrible PMT. I have one good week in 4. I have PCOS which almost stopped me having children. Now I'm having a horrible menopause. I feel like I'm getting a taste of my mortality, that it's all downhill from here.

I want the good news. Please tell what life is like when you get past menopause. Will I have enough energy to jog again? Will I get any libido back? Please tell me about the sunlit meadows beyond.

For me menopause was a shock and I had a real horrible time. Yeah it makes us to reevaluate our life and see our mortality. It is not an absolute bad or good, it is a change.
After 2 years on hrt I feel normal again and I go on my life. I have my daily training as a CrossFit athlete and work full time.

Thanks. Started HRT four months ago. Still shattered, but I suppose there's hope.
