Sorry if this is a stupid question but you are supposed to take these continuously aren’t you? So when do you get your period? I’m 45, regular periods and just started hrt. Thank you

You will have a bleed after the second phase of femoston, when you finish the pack.

Hi I'm on these and yes you take them every single day without a break. You'll get an oestrogen withdrawal bleed when you start every new pack.

The HRT you have mimics a natural cycle- estrogen (but every day) and progestogen for 14 days as well. (Read the ingredients.) Once the progestogen level falls, a few days after the last tablet, you will bleed. Same principle as a natural cycle.

Yeah, you will take them continuously, sometimes I miss a bleed and it is ok too. :)
