Hi all

Im going through early menopause, ive been on hrt for past year, its worked miracles. Im now in a new relationship & am going to need contraception. Any recomendations? Im worried about taking more hormones. I think chances of pregnancy are low as i needed donor ivf to conceive ds.
Anyone have any advice? Im off to drs this week but would like to have some ideas before hand

I don't think you can take the Pill as well as HRT.

You're really looking at condoms, diaphram or coil.

You might find the Mirena coil works and then you only need the estrogen part of HRT ( either in pill, patch or gel form.)

You say you are young? Some women do use the CCP Qlaira as HRT and it's also (obviously) a contraceptive pill.
