Tender breast

I get tender breasts leading up to a period, right one tends to be more noticeable than left. My right one has continued beyond my period this time. It's not agony all the time but uncomfortable. Anyone else get this?

Yeah, I had this kind of tenderness but it passed over time. I was thinking that it was due to hrt but it is normal now.

I have tenderness in my right breast more than my left, and am definitely menopausal. Is this normal as I don’t have periods any more (for well over a year)?
