I've been on these patches for about 4 months I think. I am still getting lots of bleeding - proper periods (tummy ache etc), quite heavy, and also a lot of break through bleeding (basically been bleeding for at least 2 weeks in every 4). Any advice?

I have just been prescribed these,no bleeding as yet, hope there will be none, were you ok at the start?

How long have you been menopausal for? Wonder if you should have had the sequi for a while so you can have predictable bleeds while everything settles down, then switch to conti after a year or so.

I have been post menopause for years,i was on livial previously but i wondered if they were contributing to my recent hair loss as they had a type of testosterone in them, i do not want a bleed, i was meaning after you said you had been bleeding heavily i hadn'.and did't want to, but i have read about quite a few people bleeding on these who shouldn't be on these

I was on the sequi for a bit (very erratic periods about 2 in 18 months) - it was the same except worse - really heavy painful monthly bleeds. Came off them for a while. No periods, so started the conti. I went to gpp today he said it had only been 3 months on conti, so to give it a couple more months to see it it settles down.
